On August 23, the 'Heilongjiang University Release' report series, serving as the core brand of the “9 Priority Initiatives”series research achievements by the Russian Research Institute at Heilongjiang University, made its official debut. The series includes the 'Annual Report on the Development of Russia’s Far Eastern Federal District (2024)', the 'Annual Research Report on the Development of Rule of Law in Russia', the 'Analysis Report on China-Russia Economic Cooperation (2024)', and the 'Study on the Current State of Russian Higher Education (2000-2024)'.
