On August 23, the 17th High-Level Forum on Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the World, along with the 7th High-Level Forum on Comprehensive Strategic Coordination between China and Russia in the New Era, was held in Harbin. During the forum's opening ceremony, the nation’s first "New Generation AI-Driven Russian Research and Situational Awareness System" (hereinafter referred to as the "Dragon Eye System") made its official debut.

The launch of this system not only marks the beginning of a new paradigm of deep integration between "AI + Humanities" in Russia-related regional studies in China but also provides core support akin to an "intelligent telescope and microscope" for national strategic decision-making, cross-border cooperation, and cultural exchanges with Russia.
