On the morning of September 16, the Heilongjiang university and Harbin Municipal Library held the launch and signing ceremony for the joint establishment of a self-service reading space in Conference Room A802 of the Main Building. Attendees included Wang Hongxin, Director of Harbin Cultural Broadcasting and Tourism Bureau; Hou Weiming, Director of Harbin Municipal Library; Wang Jingbo, President of the Heilongjiang University; Chen Weihou, President's Assistant; and representatives from relevant university departments. The ceremony was presided over by Chen Weihou.
